OUR CLIENT'S CHALLENGE

Executing a complete design transformation of a G+1 villa in Al Barsha South Second — incorporating a separate annex (Mulhaq), full internal and external service blocks, and a central courtyard pool into one cohesive, high-end compound. The project demanded meticulous coordination across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, precise pool and waterproofing engineering, and seamless integration of indoor and outdoor living, all while securing Dubai Municipality approvals and maintaining premium quality throughout.
